摘要
全抛釉是一种特殊配方釉,表面光亮柔和、晶莹透亮^([1])。它具备了抛光砖的光泽度,同时也拥有仿古砖的釉面高仿效果和内墙砖釉面丰富的印刷表现效果^([2,3])。虽然全抛釉优势突出,但也存在许多不足。首先,抛光过程中平整度达不到要求,容易抛底,产生废品。其次,耐磨性还需提高。本文以钾长石、钠长石、锂透石、烧滑石、硅灰石、方解石、煅烧高岭土、高岭土、氧化铝、石英、碳酸钡为原料,加入水、三聚磷酸钠(STPP)、甲基纤维素(CMC)等化工原料,探讨耐磨介质(硅酸锆、刚玉)对全抛釉耐磨性、透明度和亮度的影响。讨论了加入耐磨介质后,SiO_2、钾长石对釉面透明度、亮度、耐磨性的影响。
Polished glazed ceramic is a special glaze formula. It has the hardness gloss polished tile, wall brick. At the same time it also ha glaze archaize brick of high effect. As well as the interior wall brick is glaze rich printing and expression effect.Ahhough all glazed cerami advantage highlighted, there are also many deficiencies in production. It＇s easy to throw, and produce waste. It still need to improve abrasio resistance sodium feldspar, lithium through stone, burn, calcined kaolin, talc, wollastonite, calcite, kaolin, alumina, silica, barium carbonat are used as raw material. Through adding water, sodium tripolyphosphate, methyl cellulose, and other chemical rawmaterials explore wear-resistant medium （zirconium silicate, corundum） for the glazed ceramic wear resistance, transparency and brightness, the effect of the addin abrasive medium, Si02, potassium feldspar changes affect glaze opacity and brightness, resistance to wear.
