摘要
地方高师院校的根本任务主要就是为地方建设发展培养合格的中小学教师。边疆民族地区山区面积比重大,地方高师院校的根本任务主要就是培养乡村教师。楚雄师范学院地处云南边疆少数民族地区,在培养乡村教师中立足边疆民族地区乡村教育的实际情况以及目前师范教育的现状,重点针对乡村教育师资培养的薄弱环节,以实际需求和解决问题为导向,有针对性地构建了整合连贯型、全科型、分科型等多元化的乡村教师培养模式体系,培养多类型有特色的师范生,以适应乡村教育教学实践的需要,取得了良好的实践效果。
The fundamental task of local normal colleges and universities is to cultivate qualified teachers for local primary and middle schools, especially in the frontier minority areas covered mainly by mountains. Chuxiong Normal University, which is located at the minority border areas of Yunnan, has made beneficial exploration in this field based on the actual conditions of rural education in the frontier ethnic regions and the current situation of normal education. Focusing on the weak links in the rural education teacher training, we construct a diversified rural teachers training mode system of coherent integration, general type and single type, aiming at fostering multi - type distinctive normal school students and meeting the actual demands. This reform has achieved good results in practice.
