摘要
目的对护理人员开展巴林特小组活动的实践,以提高护理人员对自我的认知,降低负性情绪,用积极的方式来处理护患关系。方法 2015年1月至2016年3月,便利抽样选取某院临床护理人员65名,对其在巴林特小组培训前后的症状自评量表(symptom check list-90,SCL-90)、应付方式问卷(the coping strategies ques tionnaire,CSQ)测评结果进行比较。结果活动后护理人员的躯体化症状、强迫、人际关系敏感和恐怖等因子分下降,与活动前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理人员的应对方式趋于积极的成熟的方式,更多的采用"解决问题"、"求助"等,而"退避"等应对方式显著减少,与活动前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在缓解护理人员的工作压力以及情绪管理时,采用巴林特小组形式的培训可以帮助护理人员处理护患关系中的负面情绪,从而与患者建立良好的沟通,达成和谐的护患关系,对减轻护理人员的职业压力有很大帮助。
Objective To conduct the Balint group activity to nursing staffs,in order to improve the self-recognition of nurses in hospital,and reduce negative emotions,as well as manage nurses-patients rela-tionship with in the postive way.Methods By convenince sampling,65 nursing personnel were selected, the results of symptom check list-90 (SCL-90)and the coping strategies questionnaire (CSQ)before and af-ter training were compared.Results After trainig,the scores of somatization syndrome,compulsion,in-terpersonal sensitivity,and fear were reduced (all P 〈0.05).The nursing staffs prefer to use positive cop-ing approach,such as “solving the problem”and “seeking help”,while there was a significant decrease in the coping approach of “withdrawing”(P 〈0.05).Conclusions In relieving the work stress and emotion management of nursing staffs,the Balint group training can help nurses to manage negative emotions in nurses-patients relationship,establish a good communicate with patients,reach a harmonious nurses-pa-tients relationship,and it has a great help for reducing the occupational stress.
