摘要
现有连续油管测试堵塞器配套使用的连续油管最小尺寸为Ф38.1 mm,工作筒密封面最小内径为Ф69.85 mm,主要通过下压或向下震击剪断剪钉的方式与连续油管脱离,而中海油海上油田与Y接头连接的密封筒尺寸大部分为Ф61 mm,且小直径连续油管的挠度较大,常因不能有效传递向下压力而无法剪断剪钉,针对上述情况研制了用于Ф31.75 mm连续油管的测试堵塞器,在渤海油田的三次现场试验表明,该测试堵塞器可满足密封尺寸为Ф61 mm的工作筒,为保证密封可靠性,在测试期间连续油管的上提或下放速度应控制在10~15 m/min之间。
The already existed CT testing plug can be used with 38.1 mm CT at minimum,the minimum diameter of seal in working barrel is 69.85 mm. The testing plug is released from coiled tubing mainly by downward pressing or jarring to break the shear pins. While in CNOOC,the size of the working barrel joined with Y joint was mostly 61 mm,and due to the large deflection of small diameter CT the shear pins could not be broken because downward load not effectively transmitted there. For the reasons above,testing plug device for 31.75 mm CT was developed. The three field tests showed that the testing plug could fit with working barrel with 61 mm sealing face. In order to ensurethe reliability of sealing,the CT pulling and lowering speed shall be controlled between 10 ~ 15 m / min during well testing.
