摘要
以ESBR-1502乳液聚合丁苯橡胶胶乳为实验研究对象,研究讨论门尼黏度的影响因素及调控方法。研究结果表明:调节剂用量及加入方式、反应温度、反应时间等因素对乳液聚合丁苯橡胶胶乳门尼黏度都有一定影响。胶乳门尼黏度的调节不能从单一方面进行,应综合影响因素,多手段进行调控。
Influencing factors and control methods of Mooney viscosity were investigated with ESBR-1502 as the investigated subject.The results showed that,dosage and addition way of molecular weight regulator,reaction temperature,reaction time had effect on Mooney viscosity of ESBR.Single regulation way was not desirable,many means should be used together to adjust and control Mooney viscosity in accordance with influence factors.
