阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果探讨 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2014年8月~2016年3月我院骨科实习的104名护生,根据带教方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,各52名,对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用阶段式带教方法,实习时间为4周。结果经过考核,观察组护生的护理理论知识评分与操作技能评分均高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用提高了护生的护理理论与实践能力,也有利于护生更好的适应骨科护理工作。 Objective To explore the application effect of stage teaching method in nursing teaching in Department of orthopedics. MethodsSelection of 104 nursing students in Department of orthopedics, August 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital, according to the different teaching methods were divided into observation group and control group, each of the 52, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the observation group adopted the stage teaching method, the practice time was 4 weeks. Results After assessment, the observation group nursing students' nursing theory knowledge and operation skill scores were higher than the control group nursing students, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of stage teaching method in nursing teaching in Department of orthopedics improves the nursing theory and practice ability of nursing students, is also beneficial to nursing students to better adapt to the Department of orthopedics nursing work.
