乳腺彩超和钼靶X线摄影筛查资料分析

摘要 目的探讨乳腺彩超和乳腺钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌筛查中的临床价值。方法对200例经初筛后的乳腺异常患者进行彩超和乳腺钼靶X线诊断,对结果可疑病例再行超声引导下穿刺活检检查以确定乳腺癌。结果在200例患者中,经彩超筛查诊断后,在所有患者中,确诊阳性22例,占比11.0%。经乳腺钼靶X线摄影诊断后,发现12例阳性,占比6.0%。经过穿刺活检后,彩超筛查诊断的阳性患者中,穿刺活检确诊阳性共19例,准确率86.3%,乳腺钼靶X线摄影阳性患者中有7例确诊为阳性,准确率58.3%。结论乳腺彩超的阳性发现率和确诊率都较钼靶X线检查更高,是有效可靠的肿瘤影像学检查方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography for breast cancer screening. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis of 200 cases with abnormal breast screening, to determine the breast cancer by ultrasound guided biopsy of suspected cases. Results In 200 cases, after the diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasound, in all patients, 22 cases were positive, accounting for 11%. After the diagnosis of molybdenum target X-ray photography, 12 cases were found positive, accounting for 6%. After puncture biopsy, color Doppler ultrasound screening diagnosis of positive patients, 19 cases were confirmed by biopsy, the accuracy rate was 86.3%, there were 7 cases diagnosed as positive, the accuracy rate was 58.3%. Conclusion The positive detection rate and diagnosis rate of breast color Doppler ultrasound were higher than that of molybdenum target X-ray examination, and it was an effective and reliable method of tumor imaging examination.
