摘要
目的分析奥拉西坦配合认知训练与吡拉西坦对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床疗效观察。方法选取2013年1月～2014年9月在我院治疗的脑卒中患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者给予吡拉西坦治疗,研究组患者给予奥拉西坦配合认知训练治疗,对比两组患者治疗3个月后简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分。结果研究组患者治疗后的MMSE评分（25.59±3.24）分,优于对照组（20.45±2.24）分（P〈0.05）。结论采用奥拉西坦配合认知训练对脑卒中患者进行治疗的治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者MMSE评分。
Objective To analyze with oxiracetam cognitive training and Piracetam to observe the clinical curative effect of cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods 68 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected. Randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 34 cases. The control group were treated with Piracetam therapy, patients in study group were given oxiracetam combined with cognitive therapy, compared with the two groups of patients after 3 months of treatment, the simple mental state examination scale（MMSE） score. Results After treatment, the MMSE score（25.59±3.24） in the study group was better than that in the control group（20.45±2.24）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using oxiracetam combined with cognitive training on stroke patients were treated with the treatment effect is significant, can effectively improve the patient MMSE score.
