摘要
目的分析经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在重症监护病房中的安全隐患,并提出相应的护理对策,制作PICC应用核查表。方法选择2014年1～12月我科行PICC置管患者21例作为对照组,2015年1～12月PICC置管患者21例为观察组,制定PICC使用核查表,对比并发症发生率。结果对照组的并发症发生率28.57%低于观察组的9.5%,P〈0.05。结论运用床边Checklist核查PICC导管的正确置管和规范维护可以降低ICU内PICC并发症的发生率。
Objective To analyze the safety hidden danger of the inserted central venous catheter（PICC） in the intensive care unit, and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Selected 21 cases of PICC patients as control group in our department from January 2014 to December 2014, January 2015 to December 2015 PICC catheter patients 21 cases as the observation group, make PICC use the check list, and compare the incidence of the complication. Results The incidence of complications in the control group was 9.5% lower than that in the observation group of 28.57%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Using bedside Checklist to verify the correct placement of PICC catheter and standard maintenance can reduce the incidence of PICC complications in ICU.
