摘要
目的:观察疏肝利胆汤对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食的方法建立大鼠高脂血症模型,造模成功后随机分组为模型组、阿托伐他汀钙组、疏肝利胆汤组,另设空白对照组。给药4周后观察血脂水平,肝组织脂质的含量,血液流变学变化,大鼠肝、肾功能与C反应蛋白,及肝脏病理组织。结果:给药4周后,疏肝利胆汤组、阿托伐他汀钙组和模型组比较,均显著降低了血脂水平和肝脏组织匀浆中胆固醇的含量,改善了血液流变,减少了对肝、肾功能的损害及肝组织的变性,但疏肝利胆汤组对肝功能保护作用优于阿托伐他汀钙组。结论:疏肝利胆汤可改善高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢,减少血脂异常对肝、肾功能的损害。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shugan Lidan Decoction on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods : Animal model of hyperlipidemia was established by high fat diet. Rats were randomly divided into model group, atorvastatin calcium group and Shugan Lidan Decoction group. After successful modeling, the blank contrast group was set up separately. After the last dose,we measured the serum lipid levels,lipid content in liver, blood rheology, the liver, kid- ney function and C - reactive protein and liver h^stopathology. Results ~ Compared with the model group, Shugan Lidan De- coction group and atorvastatin calcium group significantly reduced the blood lipid levels and liver tissue cholesterol levels, improved the blood rheology, decreased the liver, kidney injury and the degeneration of liver tissue, but Shugan Lidan decoction group protected the liver function more better than the atorvastatin calcium group.
