摘要
目的:研究小檗碱对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用正交实验法提取盐酸小檗碱;高脂高糖饲料饲养并结合链脲佐霉素(STZ)诱导建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组、阳性对照组(二甲双胍)、盐酸小檗碱高、中、低剂量组,各组均灌胃给药,空白对照组与模型对照组灌服等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续14 d。于给药第14天各组动物禁食不禁水24 h,尾端取血,用血糖仪检测各组大鼠血糖浓度。结果:小檗碱能够降低糖尿病大鼠摄食量、饮水量、空腹血糖、糖耐量。结论:小檗碱能够改善糖尿病大鼠高血糖症状,具有良好的开发应用前景。
Objective : To study the hypoglycemic effect of berberine on rats with type Ⅱ diabetes, providing the experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: Use the orthogonal experiment method to extract berberine hydrochloride. High fat and sugar feed combining chain urea with azithromycin (STZ) induced type Ⅱ diabetic rats models and we randomly divided the models into model control group, positive control group (metformin) and berberine hydrochloride high, medium and low doses groups. Each group was given the drugs by garage. The blank control group and model control group too the same amount of normal saline, once per day, for 14 consecutive days. In dosing day 14, fast water for 24 hours. Take out blood at the end of tails. The glucometer was used to detect blood glucose levels in rats. Results : Berberine can reduce diabetic rats' food intake,water quantity, fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance. Conclusion: Berberine can relieve the symptoms of diabetic rats and has the good development prospect.
