A Synergetic Optimization of the Biomass Fuel Supply Chain

摘要 本文通过引入契约机制、信息共享机制和收益分配机制来构建新的协同合作模式,并基于shapley值对供应链上各利益主体的收益进行协同分配。研究表明,在三种机制保障下各利益群体的经济效益均有所增加,可以实现帕累托改进。敏感性分析表明,上网电价是影响供应链收益的最敏感因素,因此构建合理的生物质发电上网电价形成机制是促进该产业发展的重要因素。另外,政府的政策引导以及积极加入CDM可以有效增加各利益群体收益。 This paper establishes a collaboration model by introducing three mechanisms including contract mechanism, information sharing mechanism, and returns allocation mechanism. And it proposes the collaboration distribution based on the Shapley value algorithm in the supply chain. Research results show that all stakeholders' benefits increase under the framework of the three mechanisms, that is, Pareto improvement can be fulfilled in this model. The sensitivity analysis shows that on-grid electricity price is the most sensitive factor that affects the supply chain benefits. Therefore, constructing a reasonable on-grid electricity price formation mechanism of biomass power is an important factor to promote the development of this industry. In addition, the policy guidance and actively participation in the CDM groups can effectively increase the benefits of each stakeholder.
