花椒(Zanthoxylunm bungeanum Maxim.)为芸香科花椒属植物,是一种重要的食用调味品、中药材、香料及木本油料树种,也是一种经济效益和生态效益兼顾的优良树种。文章汇总了近年来花椒的研究概况,细分花椒研究各领域成果,并结合实际提出花椒研究现存问题,为花椒的进一步研究做参考和理论依据。
