摘要
目的比较不同腰臀比(WHR)多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢相关临床指标的差异。方法选择480例PCOS患者,根据WHR分为A、B两组,A组WHR≥0.85,共200例、B组WHR<0.85,共280例,并均测定临床体征、内分泌激素和代谢指标。结果 A组体质量指数(BMI)、睾酮(T)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均显著高于B组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于B组。结论 WHR高的PCOS患者常合并更严重的代谢紊乱,需尽早采取综合干预措施。
Objective To compare the clinical characteristics in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）of different waist hip ratios.Methods Totally 480 patients with PCOS were enrolled and assigned into group A and B.Group A consisted of 200 cases （WHR≥0.85）and group B consisted of 280 cases （WHR 〈0.85）.Clinical characteristics,endocrine hormone and metabolic index were measured.Results BMI,T,TC,TG,VLDL-C,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly higher in group A as compared to those in group B,while HDL-C in group A was significantly lower than that in group B.Conclusions PCOS patients with high WHR showed more serious metabolic disorders in comparison to PCOS patients with low WHR and therefore a comprehensive therapy should be performed as early as possible among the PCOS patients with high WHR.
