摘要
以硅藻土为基体,采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备硅藻土/镍锌铁氧体吸波材料。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、全自动真密度分析仪和网络阻抗频谱分析仪对吸波材料的晶体结构、表面形貌、密度和电磁参数进行表征。结果表明:尖晶石型NixZn1-xFe2O_4铁氧体在硅藻土表面包覆均匀致密,其密度为3.2~3.8 g/cm^3。制备的硅藻土基/Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4在1~1 000 MHz频率范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗,电磁损耗角正切值之和在0.05~0.30范围内变化。当硅藻土/Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe2O_4的掺量为15%时,石膏板制品的最大反射率可达-6.12 d B。
A wave-absorbing material of Ni-Zn ferrite was prepared by a citric acid sol-gel method using diatomite as a matrix. The crystal structure, surface morphology, density and electromagnetic parameters of wave-absorbing material were investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, density analysis and radio-frequency impedance spectrum analysis, respectively. The NixZn1-xFe2O4 ferrite with a spinel structure is coated on the surface of diatomite, and the apparent density of the composite is in the range of 3.2 to 3.8 g/cm^3. The electromagnetic loss tangent value of diatomite/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 composite ranges from 0.05 to 0.30. after adding diatomite/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe24 of 15% (in mass fraction) into gypsum, giving the maximum reflectivity of the gypsum ware of-6.12 dB.
