摘要
在医药行业中,基于软胶囊生产线的工艺需求及合理的除湿系统配置,着重介绍转轮除湿机在不同温、湿度工况下合理的处理流程,从而达到工艺生产环境需求,提高建设后生产运行中的经济合理性。并总结了系统在实际工程运用中的特点。
In the pharmaceutical industry, based on the process requirements of the soft capsule production line and the reasonable configuration of the desiccant system, the paper emphatically introduces the reasonable processing flow of the rotary desiccant wheel in different temperature and humidity conditions.So as to meet the requirements of process production environment, improve the economic rationality of the production operation after construction. And summarizes the characteristics of the application of the system in practical engineering.
