摘要
针对微弱光检测技术的应用,介绍了一种光电检测电路的优化设计。分析了每一部分电路的工作原理,并将其与传统电路作了对比,突出了设计的优势。此外,用PSpice软件对电路进行了全面仿真,阐明了影响电路性能的关键指标和关键器件。最后对电路进行了实测,实验结果表明,该设计拓宽了可检光的动态范围,光电转换稳定,且信噪比高。
For application on weak light detection, this article introduced an optimization design of photoelectric detection circuit. It analyzed the working principle of all the parts of the circuit, compared the design with the traditional circuit and highlighted the advantage of the design. In addition ,the performance of the circuit was simulated based on PSpice software. According to the result, the key indicators and components that influenced the circuit performance were analyzed. Finally, the circuit were verified. The results of the experiments show that this design allows the input signal has a wide dynamic range and it has a high signal to noise ratio,stability of the photoelectric conversion.
