摘要
针对现有的LED日光灯存在热量散失性差,光衰减度强和光线不柔和等不足,系统从散热装置,电源和二次光学几个角度出发,给出翼形折叠片构造的热电法散热装置、翻转电平的改进电源装置、LED的改进二次光学研究。实验显示,本文LED的散热性能比现有铜板型散热装置提升2.5倍~3.8倍,光通量分布率为0.882,能够覆盖照明需求。
Current LED lamp exists poor heat dissipation, intense light attenuation and dazzling light. The provided, improved system is composed of a wing folded sheet structure thermoelectric dissipation heat unit, an improved flip- ping level power supply unit and an optimized secondary optical LED lamp system. The experimental results show that the heat dissipation capability of improved LED lamp system is 2.5-3.8 times of traditional LED lamp system. Besides, the uniformity of illumination is up to 0.882 and the improved system can meet the requirements of daily lighting completely.
