摘要
废弃的鸡蛋壳中含有大量的碳酸钙,以此作为钙源可制备利用价值高的过氧化钙,从而实现鸡蛋壳资源化、保护生态环境的目的。以预处理好的鸡蛋壳粉为原料,在常温下制备过氧化钙,利用单因素实验考察了稳定剂、氨水用量、双氧水用量、反应时间等因素对产品产率及纯度的影响。实验结果表明,采用无稳定剂的制备工艺所获得的产品纯度最高。实验的最佳工艺条件为:氨水用量为8 m L,双氧水的用量为25 m L,反应时间为35 min。较佳操作条件下制得的产品中过氧化钙质量分数可达72%以上,产率约为90%。
As a raw material,egg shells,which contain a large amount of calcium carbonate,could be used to produce the high use value calcium peroxide.Once the method described above was carried out,these goals that recycling egg shells and protecting environment could be achieved.At room temperature,calcium peroxide was produced from the eggshell powder that was to be treated in advance.The influences of stabilizing agent,amounts of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide,and reaction time on the purity and yield of product were discussed with single factor experiment.Results showed that the product purity was the highest in no stabilizing agent process.The mass fraction of calcium peroxide could reach more than 72% and the yield was about 90% under the optimum conditions,such as the amount of ammonia of 8 m L,amount of hydrogen peroxide of25 m L,and reaction time of 35 min.
