梗阻性肾病影像学检查方法的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 梗阻性肾病作为一种常见的泌尿系统疾病,其诊断主要依靠B超、CT、静脉尿路造影(IVU)、核素肾动态显像(利尿)和磁共振等.这些检查方法各有优缺点.B超和MRI无创、无辐射,可以对产前肾积水的胎儿进行筛查诊断.CT则对阴性结石的诊断价值较大.而IVU、肾动态显像(利尿)可提供肾功能信息.肾动态显像的最大优势在于可获得分肾功能.近年,随着SPECT/CT的临床应用,核素显像可同时获得泌尿系统的形态结构和功能信息.本文通过对梗阻性肾病影像学检查技术的进展分析,为临床选用各种影像学技术诊断梗阻性肾病提供一定的参考.
