PCI术后应用替罗非班的疗效分析

摘要 目的分析PCI术后应用替罗非班的疗效。方法选择2014年6月—2015年6月河南省胸科医院收治的接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者236例,随机分为两组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予替罗非班,以0.4μg/（kg·min）静滴30min,之后以0.1μg/（kg·min）持续静滴,维持治疗24-36h;对照组仅给予常规治疗,观察比较两组患者无复流、胸痛、再次血运重建情况。结果治疗组患者无复流、胸痛、再次血运重建情况均明显低于对照组。（P〈0.05）。结论 PCI术后应用替罗非班能够提高疗效。
