摘要
以山药为研究对象,以山药中总皂苷的提取率为评价指标。研究乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声时间、超声功率四个因素,对山药中总皂苷提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法建立了山药中总皂苷提取方法的二次多项数学模型,以总皂苷提取率为响应值,得到山药总皂苷提取工艺的最优组合:乙醇体积分数60%,超声时间31.28 min,液料比33∶1,超声功率308.57 W,在此条件下总皂苷的提取率为0.2159%。响应面中心组合法为优化提取山药总皂苷提供一定理论指导。
Chinese yam as the research object, taking the extraction yield of total saponins in the yam as evaluation indexes. Study ethanol volume fraction, liquid ratio, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, four factors, the effect of total saponins extraction yield of yam, on the basis of single factor experiments, response surface method is adopted to establish the yam in total saponins extraction method of mathematical model of quadratic multinomial for total saponins extraction yield response value, get yam the optimal combination of the total saponins extraction technology: ethanol volume fraction is 60%, ultrasonic time is 31.28 min, liquid material than33:1, ultrasonic power 308.57 W, under the condition of the extraction yield of total saponins was 0.2159%. The response surface group legal in order to optimize the extraction of yam total saponins provides certain theoretical guidance.
