摘要
培训效果反映的是组织与个人从培训当中获得的收益。中小学教师主题式培训绩效评价,包括培训前的评价、培训中的评价、培训后的评价。评价的内容为"三段十标":培训前方案设计中的目标设置准确性、内容设计合理性、资源提供丰富性;培训中参训教师的参与度、满意度、理解度和清晰度;培训后参训教师的自身发展、对组织的影响和学生学习的促进。评价实施中要有清晰的培训评价体系、完善的培训评价流程、多元的培训评价方法、公正的评价结果判断。
Training results reflect the benefits that are obtained by the organizations and individuals through training. Thematic training performance appraisal of teachers in primary and middle school includes the appraisal of pre-training, mid-training and post-training. The content of appraisal is divided into "three sections and ten standards": in the program design of pre-training section, the standards could be the accuracy of target setting, the rationality of content design and the abundant supply of resources; in mid-training section, the standards could be the degree of participation, satisfaction, comprehension and legibility in teachers; in post-training section, the standards could be the teachers' self- development, the influence on organizations and the promotion of students learning. It is necessary to have perspicuous training appraisal system, comprehensive training appraisal process, multivariate training appraisal method as well as just appraisal result judgment in the implementation of performance appraisal, are necessary.
