摘要
为了解决综合录井仪硫化氢传感器标定装置与现有的气样钢瓶进行连接的问题,需要设计相应的标定装置用于连接气样钢瓶,标定气样规定要求流量为0.2~0.5 L/min可调,以满足综合录井仪硫化氢传感器标定的需要.依据硫化氢标定的相关标准,采用凹形圆柱体双台阶双螺纹设计,制作双台阶双螺纹硫化氢传感器标定适配器,研制出适合录井现场使用的双台阶双螺纹硫化氢标定装置.该标定装置改变了传统硫化氢标定的思路,可以消除硫化氢标定的单一性等缺憾,从标定和检验结果来看,使用双台阶双螺纹标定装置可节约大量硫化氢标准气体样品,降低了消耗成本,具有一定的推广应用价值.
In order to solve the problem of the connection between the hydrogen sulfide sensor calibration device and the conventional gas steel cylinder of mud logging unit,it is needed to design an appropriate calibration device to connect the gas sample steel cylinder to carry out the sensor calibration,and the flow rate of the calibrating gas sample requires adjustable 0.2-0.5L/min to meet the needs of the hydrogen sulfide sensor calibration of mud logging unit.Based on the calibrating standards of hydrogen sulfide,using the double-step and double-thread concave cylindrical design to produce the hydrogen sulfide sensor calibration adapter with double-step and double-thread,the double-step and double-thread hydrogen sulfide calibration device was developed,which is suitable for the use in field mud logging.The calibration device haschanged the traditional idea of hydrogen sulfide calibration,and it can eliminate the defect of hydrogen sulfide calibration unicity to make it more scientific and reasonable.Seen from the calibration and test results,the use of the double-step and double-thread calibration device can save a lot of standard hydrogen sulfide gas sample,reducing the cost of consumption,it has a certain spreading application value.
