摘要
以薄荷多糖提取率为指标,利用正交设计优化实验条件,比较研究了酶法、微波法提取所得薄荷多糖的提取率,优选了薄荷多糖的提取方法。与微波法相比,酶法有效提高薄荷多糖的提取率。酶法提取的最佳实验条件是纤维素酶浓度为1%,酶浸提液pH值为5,酶浸提温度为50℃,酶浸提时间为60min,其提取的薄荷多糖可达9.48%。
To select the suitable method for extracting the total polysaceharide from Mentha haplocalyx Briq, the content of total polysaceharide from Mentha haplocalyx as index, the two extraction methods of enzymatic extraction and microwave extraction were compared. Among the two methods, the efficiency of enzymatic extraction was significantly the highest. The enzymatic extraction condition was eellulase concentration 1%, enzyme leaching solution pH value 5, enzyme extraction temperature at 50℃, enzyme extraction time 60min. It will get 9.48% of the total polysaceharide from Mentha haplocalyx Briq.
