摘要
当今国际人才培养环境正在发生着深刻的变革,高校人才培养体系也在发生着微妙的改变,以未来发展为目标,在全球范围内制定人才培养方案,使我国人才培养体系能够在激烈的国际竞争中占据有利地位。
