摘要
在对脑部医学成像方法的研究过程中,激光扫描共聚焦过程存在图像自动聚焦能力差的问题。提出基于图像灰度及灰度梯度熵算子的激光扫描共聚焦显微镜二次聚焦方法,计算出激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在脑部成像中的点扩散函数,获取脑部医学图像的边缘信息,对较为清晰且具有锐化的图像边缘进行聚焦处理,促使梯度算子拥有各个方向同种特性和旋转变化的不变性,利用傅里叶变换实现由空域图像转换至频域,利用Sobel梯度算子使得图像中的线条和边际较为突出,有效地完成脑部医学的激光成像。实验仿真证明,将该方法应用于脑部医学成像中,实现对脑部医学成像清晰度要求较高的精确聚焦。
In the process of the study of brain imaging method, laser scanning confocal process has the problem of image automatic focusing ability is poor. Entropy is proposed based on image gray and gray gradient operator of confocal laser scanning microscopy second focus method, calculate the confocal laser scanning microscopy in the point spread function (PSF) imaging of the brain, brain medical image edge information, to more clearly and sharpen the focus on the image edge, and prompted with gradient operator in all directions the same features and rotation invariance of the change, by using Fourier transform the airspace image conversion to frequency domain, using the Sobel makes the lines in the images of the gradient operator and marginal outstanding, effectively completed medical laser imaging of the brain. Experimental simulation show that this method was applied to medical imaging of the brain, the implementation of brain imaging resolution to demand higher accurate focusing.
