摘要
利用杉木制材板皮梳解加工制得的杉木木束条与碎料复合,制备木束条/碎料复合板。结果表明:木束条与碎料的较佳复合方式为复合板表层采用木束条、芯层采用碎料;当表层木束条的用量为30%-40%(芯层碎料用量60%-70%)时,复合板具有较好的物理力学性能。
In order to improve the utilization rate of Chinese fir, the wood sticks/particles composite panel was prepared by compounding the wood sticks and particles of Chinese fir sawmill slabs combing processed.Results showed that: the better composite method of wood sticks and particles was that the surface layer of composite panel adopted wood sticks and its core layer using particles; when the amounts of the surface layer sticks were 30%-40%(the amounts of the core layer particles were 60%-70%), the composite panel had good physical and mechanical properties.
