Research progress of the biological activity of chitooligosaccharides

摘要 壳寡糖是一类具有多种生物活性的糖类,广泛应用在食品、药物、农业和环境等各个领域。本文主要对壳寡糖的抗肿瘤、抑菌以及抗氧化等生物活性及其作用机制进行综述,并对壳寡糖未来发展方向进行了展望。 Chitooligosaccharides, the hydrolyzed product of chitosan, has been reported to possess diverse bioactivities andtheir potential applications in food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and environmental industries. The review summarises the anti - tumour, antimicrobial and antioxidant activities and its relevant mechanisms. Finally, the future development of chitooligosaccharides will be discussed.
