肾母细胞瘤1例报道并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 肾母细胞瘤又叫肾胚胎瘤（nephroblastoma）,德国医生Max Wilms在1899年首次系统描述了该疾病的特征,故命名为Wilms瘤（简称WT）。WT是小儿腹部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在小儿腹部肿瘤中排第2位,在儿童所有恶性肿瘤中排第5位,在小儿肾脏肿瘤中约为95%,发病率大约为1/10000,肿瘤的恶性度高,生长速度较快,发生转移事件早。患病的高峰年龄一般为3-4岁,约80%的患儿在5岁前发现,新生儿患病较为少见。
