摘要
2015年11月,在1例经皮椎间孔镜手术中长约7 mm导丝断裂,成功在内窥镜下用髓核抓取钳取出,继续将工作套管置入到手术靶点,顺利摘除突出髓核组织。术中出血10 ml,手术时间84 min。术后当天腰腿痛症状明显改善,视觉模拟评分从8分降至2分,无术后并发症。随访半年,患者无不适症状。
[Summary] In this paper , we reported a case of fractured guidewire about 7 mm in length in percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy in November 2015.The guidewire was successfully removed with the nucleus grasping forceps .And then the working trocar was continued to place into the surgical target to successfully remove the intervertebral disc tissue .The amount of bleeding was 10 ml, and the operation time was 84 min.The patient ’ s lumbocrural pain was relieved significantly on the surgical day, with a visual analogue scale decreased from 8 points to 2 points.No postoperative complications occurred .The patient was followed up for 6 months showing no symptoms .
