摘要
为了满足2000L/min安全阀的试验要求,解决试验技术与装备制约大流量安全阀技术进步的难题,在500L/min,1000L/min安全阀试验技术的基础上,研究了额定流量稳定输出时间控制、压力梯度控制等关键技术,研制了液压支架用安全阀特性试验装置,系统输出流量2000L/min以上,满足了GB25974.3-2010关于压力-流量特性试验的要求,填补行业空白。
In order to meet experimental requirements of 2000L/ min safety valve and solve the difficulty problems of large flow ratesafety valve technical progress that restricted by experimental technique and equipment, based on experiment techniques of 500L/ minand 1000L/ min safety valve, and then some key techniques was studied, such rated flow steady, output time control and pressuregradient control, and safety valve characteristic test apparatus of hydraulic support was developed, system output flow was more than2000L/ min, it satisfied for pressure-flow characters test requirements and fill up industry gap.
