深孔高强锚注技术在深井巷道修复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为研究深孔高强锚注加固技术在深井巷道修复中所发挥的作用, 基于淮南潘一矿东区11-2 采区轨道上山实际地质条件, 辅助电子窥镜观测技术对该区域支护失效及围岩破坏原因进行分析, 提出采用深孔高强注浆锚索进行巷道修复的技术方案.通过采用多点位移计、电子窥镜等观测手段进行监测, 结果表明 深孔高强锚注加固技术能够有效控制巷道围岩变形、充填破碎围岩; 采用锚注支护后, 巷道顶板及两肩窝变形量最大约为1 ~2mm, 巷道变形得到了有效控制; 深孔高强锚注加固技术对松动范围和松动程度都比较大的应力集中区巷道围岩具有良好的加固修复作用. In order to study the mechanism of deeply hole high strength bolt-grouting reinforcement technique to roadway repair in deep,base on the practical geological situation of track roadway of 11-2 mining area in eastern part of Panyi coal mine of Huainan,and supporting invalid reasons and surrounding rock broken reasons were analyzed by electronic introscope,and roadway repair scheme with deeply hole high strength grouting cable was put forward. Then monitored with multi-point extensometer and electronic introscope,the results showed that surrounding rock deformation could be controlled effectively,the broken surrounding rock could be filled effectively also,the maximal deformation of roof and side to side were about 1 ~ 2mm,roadway deformation was controlled effectively,the reinforcement technique has favorable effect for roadway surrounding rock in stress concentration area with large loose scope and degree.
