摘要
目的:分析双腔心脏起搏器对缓慢性心律失常患者心功能的影响。方法:选取本院2013年1月至2016年3月收治的64例缓慢性心律失常患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),两组分别实施双腔心脏起搏器植入和单腔心脏起搏器植入,比较两组NYHA分级和并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后3个月NYHA分级改善程度较佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缓慢性心律失常患者采用双腔起搏器治疗,能有效改善患者心功能,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the effect of double chamber cardiac pacemaker on cardiac function in patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia. Methods： 64 cases of chronic arrhythmia from January 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected, were divided into the observation group （n=32） and control group （n=32） by the random digital table method, the two groups were separately used to implantation of double chamber cardiac pacemaker and single chamber pacemaker implantation,the NYHA classification and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, the observation group was 3 months after treatment, the improvement degree of NYHA classification was bet er, the difference was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Double chamber cardiac pacemaker in patients with slow arrhythmia, can effectively improve the patient＇s heart function, high security, it is worth promoting.
