反应性壳聚糖季铵盐改性桑蚕丝纤维的结构与性能 被引量:5

摘要 基于反应性壳聚糖季铵盐良好的水溶性和反应活性,采用异相法将壳聚糖与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应,合成2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),再将HTCC与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺反应,合成带有反应性基团的水溶性O-甲基丙烯酰胺壳聚糖季铵盐(NMA-HTCC),并将其应用于桑蚕丝纤维的改性,测定改性前后丝纤维微观形态和聚集态结构的变化。结果表明,NMA-HTCC大分子通过与丝纤维之间的交联反应而进入到纤维内部,使改性后丝纤维内部孔隙变小,结构变得更加紧密,结晶度提高,热稳定性增强。利用NMA-HTCC改性真丝纤维作为药物载体,对芦荟提取物蒽醌具有良好的承载及控制释放效果。 Based on the good water-solubility and reactivity of reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chi- tosan, with the heterogeneous method, 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan (HTCC) was synthesized using chitosan and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, then HTCC was reacted with N-(hydroxymethyl)-acrylamide, and the O-methyl acrylamide quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan (NMA- HTCC) with reactive bonds and water solubility was synthesized. Then NMA-HTCC was applied on the modifi- cation of silk fibers. The micro-morphology and aggregation structure of silk fibers before and after the treat- ment of NMA-HTCC were tested. The results showed that the NMA-HTCC macromolecules went into the in- ternal of fibers by the crosslinking reaction with the silk fibers, which could make the internal pores of silk fi- bers be smaller, the structure be tense, the crystallinity increase and the thermal stability enhance. NMA-HTCC modified silk fiber had good drug loading and release control performance when used as a drug carrier for controlled release of aloe anthraquinone extract.
