摘要
机床的热误差严重影响机床的加工精度,通过热误差补偿技术来减小热误差,从而提高机床的加工精度至关重要。温度测点的选择与优化是热误差补偿技术研究中的难点,本文综述了温度测点布置策略和优化方法,阐述了各方法的优缺点,并对温度测点优化技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The thermal error of machine tool seriously affects the machining accuracy of machine tool, so reducing the thermal error through the study of thermal error compensation technology, so as to improve the machining accuracy of machine tool is very important. The selection and optimization of temperature measuring point is difficult in the study of thermal error compensation technology. Temperature measuring point layout strategy and optimization method is reviewed in this paper, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and the development trend of temperature measuring point optimization technique is discussed.
