摘要
针对精密减速器实际带载运行状态下的回差测试要求,提出了一种动载荷的回差测试方法,搭建了一套基于该方法的精密减速器传动性能综合测试系统,介绍了其平台结构和测控软件,并对影响系统回差测试误差的因素进行分析探讨。最后对一种CORT E80型国产精密减速器在空载和动载状态下的回差性能进行测试研究,结果表明:该测试方法有效可行,测试系统精度较高,人机界面良好,能够满足类似精密减速器的回差测试要求。
To satisfy test requirement for precision reducers under actual load status, a return difference test method under dynamic load is proposed, and a comprehensive test system for transmission performance of precision reducer is developed based on above method, including introduction of test-bed structure, measuring and control module. The factors affecting the test error of the system are analyzed and discussed. Finally, experiment work on a home-produced precision reducer of CORT E80 type has been done under the status of free load and dynamic load. The resuhs show that the proposed method is effective, and the developed system has advantages of high test precision, available human- computer interface, and meeting the need of return difference performance test for such precision reducers.
