摘要
为了提高产品拆卸顺序规划效率,分析装配体零件间的配合特征,提出将图论中的度引入产品拆卸顺序规划中,研究干涉矩阵与干涉图之间的关系,明确了装配连接图的邻接矩阵表达方式,推演了子装配体判别准则,给出了子装配体识别算法流程,实现了在拆卸过程中迅速确定基准件和子装配体的目的。实例分析表明,采用该方法降低了拆卸顺序分析的复杂度。
To improve the efficiency of products' disassembly sequence Planning, the mating feature of parts in assembly is analyzed. A new approach based on degree in graph theory is introduced to products disassembly sequence planning. The relationship between interference matrix and interference graph is investigated. The adjacent matrix expression to assembly linking graph is clarified. The criterion of sub-assembly is deduced. The algorithm process for recognizing sub-assembly is presented. This method can identify the fundamental part and sub-assemblies quickly. The examples show that the method reduces the complexity of disassembly sequence analysis.
