摘要
对研发的甘蔗剥叶机机架进行了动态应力测试和疲劳寿命预测。通过结构分析得到甘蔗剥叶机机架危险点的位置,对甘蔗剥叶机架危险点进行动态应力测试,运用雨流计数法对数据结果进行循环计数统计。考虑平均应力的影响,运用Gerber曲线对统计得到的全循环进行等寿命转化。修正材料的S-N曲线得到构件的P-S-N曲线,根据P-S-N曲线和Miner法则进行疲劳寿命预测。结果显示,在99%的存活率下,甘蔗剥叶机机架连接处的疲劳寿命约为3.8年。这一数据为甘蔗剥叶机的维修和改进提供了参考。
Dynamic stress test and fatigue life prediction were studied on the sugarcane leaf stripper's frame. The test aimed at getting the dynamic stress of the frame's dangerous position that got through structural analysis, and the results were counted with rain-flow counting method. Considering the effect of mean stress, Gerber curve was used to transform those full cycles into equal ones in life. The S-N curve of the material was revised to get component's P-S-N curves, according to the correctional P-S-N curves and the Miner rule, the fatigue life of the sugarcane leaf stripper's frame is about 3.8 years under the survival rate of 99%. It provides the reference for the maintenance and improvement of the sugarcane leaf stripper.
