摘要
针对范各庄洗煤厂浮选精煤脱水系统的现状及存在的问题,对原系统进行技术改造。简述了技术改造后的工艺方案及其优点,进行了主要设备选型和工艺布置。预期技术改造工艺系统应用效果显著,不仅能有效地改善浮选精煤脱水效果,降低产品水分,还可以实现对细粒级浮选精煤的有效回收,提高精煤回收率,创造经济效益。
Aiming at the present situation and problems of flotation concentrate dewatering system in the Fangezhuang Coal Preparation Plant, the original system technology was transformed. The technical transformation process plan and the advantages were introduced,and the main equipment selection and process layout were illustrated. Application effect was expected to be remarkable,which could improve the effect of flotation concentrate dewatering,reduce the product water content,and achieve effective recovery of fine flotation concentrate,improve clean coal recovery rate and create economic benefits.
