摘要
以顾桥矿埋深740m的1115(1)工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测的方法探究了深部复合顶板条件下的充填体合理宽度。结果表明:当复合顶板岩性较软时,直接顶会大面积破碎并有较大的下沉量,故顶板处要强化支护以维护其完整性。同时,当充填体宽度在2.5m左右时,围岩所受应力与围岩位移都得到了最优化,并在实际生产中取得了成功应用,使巷道的最大收缩率在24.7%左右,满足安全生产要求。这说明此方法确定的充填体宽度合理,对沿空留巷实践具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the engineering background of 1115( 1) working face in Guqiao Coal Mine, buried at 740 m underground,reasonable width of the filling body is studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and in- situ measurement under composite roof of deep mine. The results show that when the composite roof lithology is soft, the immediate roof will subside with large area of breaking. Therefore,the roof shall be strengthened to maintain its integrity.At the same time,when the width of the filling body is about 2. 5m,the stress and displacement of surrounding rock are optimal. The research result was successfully applied in practice,the production requirements were satisfied,with the maximum shrinkage rate of roadway at 24. 7%,proving the rationality of this method for filling body width determination.
