摘要
为做好现场管理工作促进煤矿生产,指出跟班副队长制是改善煤矿现场管理工作的有效途径。分析了跟班副班长制的组织关系及其优势,指出通过协助跟班副班长开好班前会议、完善作业规程、做好制度管理、开好队务会议和加强情感管理等工作,可实现生产现场的工作任务布置、作业行为规范、管理行为规范、现场工作改进和员工工作热情激发等目的,从而通过跟班副队长不断提高现场管理水平,夯实煤矿生产安全的基石。
The paper points out that, the attendant vice- captain system is an effective way to improve the field management and promote coal mine production. The membership credentials and the advantages of attendant vice-captain system are analyzed, and declares that through assisting vice- captain to implement before- shift meeting, operating procedures improvement,the system management,team affairs meetings and emotional management,the task set in the field can be achieved, including work task assignment, code of operation and management behavior, field work improvement and work enthusiasm stimulation of the staff,so as to continuously improve the field management level with attendant vice-captain system,and lay a solid foundation for safety production in coal mine.
