摘要 为了对海上晃荡条件下液化天然气(FLNG)用板翘式换热器均布结构—注液封条结构进行优化,本文用数值模拟的方法建立了基于VOF多相流及RNG k-ε湍流模型的晃荡均流计算模型,模拟了横摇条件下不同结构参数注液封条均布流动,通过回归分析的方法得到了优化后的注液封条结构,与原结构相比,其均布性能得到了明显改善。 In order to optimize the structural parameters of the liquid injected seal used in the offshore liquefied natural gas (FLNG) plate-fin heat exchanger, the method of numerical simulation based on the VOF multiphase flow model and RNG k -ε turbulence model was established. The uniformity of the liquid -gas two -phase flow in liquid injected seal with different structural parameters under rolling condition was simulated. The results show that the structural parameters have great influence on the uniformity of two -phase flow. Further, the best structural parameters of liquid injected seal was obtained by regression analysis, the uniformity of the optimized liquid injected seal structure of the two - phase flow significantly changed better than the old ones.
