阿托伐他丁联合通心络对冠心病患者血液流变学及炎性因子的影响 被引量:14

Effect of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:分析阿托伐他丁联合通心络对冠心病患者血液流变学及炎性因子的影响。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的42例冠心病患者并随机分为观察组及对照组各21例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗+阿托伐他丁联合通心络治疗,对比两组治疗后的心功能、血粘度以及血清中脂质代谢指标、炎症反应指标。结果:治疗后3个疗程,观察组治疗后的EF值、E/A比值均显著高于对照组,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血清TC、TG、LDLC、Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin、IL-18、TNF-α、sTREM-1、MMP-9含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10、IL-37、MFG-E8含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他丁联合通心络可优化冠心病病情,在优化血液流变学及炎症反应等方面发挥积极作用。 Objective:To analyze the effects of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 42 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=21),control group received routine therapy,observation group received routine therapy+ atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo therapy,and then cardiac function,blood viscosity as well as serum lipid metabolism indexes and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After 3courses of treatment,EF value and E/A ratio of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than those of control group;serum TC,TG,LDL-C,Leptin,Resistin,Visfatin,IL-18,TNF-α,sTREM-1and MMP-9levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,and IL-4,IL-10,IL-37 and MFG-E8 levels were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo can optimize the state of coronary heart disease,and it plays a positive role in optimizing hemorheology,inflammation and other aspects.
