摘要
气相色谱在线分析与气相色谱-质谱离线分析两种分析方法相结合,对管输天然气组成和凝析油组成进行定性定量分析,再利用HYSYS软件中的Peng-Robinson方程得出管输天然气的气液平衡相图,分析管道输送过程中凝析油的形成机理。管输天然气中存在高沸点组分是凝析油产生的主要原因,并受温度、压力的影响。讨论实际运行数据与模拟数据的区别,提出天然气凝析油的防范措施。
Both online GC-TCD and offline GC- MS are used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the compositions of piped natural gas and gas conden- sate. The gas liquid equilibrium phase diagram of piped natural gas is obtained by the Peng-Robinson e- quation in HYSYS software. The formation mechanism of gas condensate during the transmission is analyzed. The high boiling point components in piped natural gas are the main causes for formation of gas condensate and are affected by temperature and pressure changes. The difference between the actual operating data and simu- lated data is discussed. The prevention measures for the gas condensate are proposed.
