摘要
特殊教育教师进行教学反思是适应当前残疾学生障碍状况复杂,满足其多样化的教育需求,增强职业认同感,以及适应国家政策要求的必然选择。秉持人道主义精神,让学生感到自己是有意义、有价值的存在是特殊教育教师开展教学反思的价值取向。特殊教育教师要根据其引领,在教学前、教学中、教学后积极展开反思,以促进自身专业动态、良性的发展。
Teaching reflection is necessary for special education teachers to deal with the increasingly complex situation of students with disabilities, satisfy their diverse educational needs, improve professional identity and meet the requirements of national poli- cies. The value orientation of teaching reflection of special education teachers is to hold the humanism spirit, make students with disabilities feel their existence with great value and significance. Special education teachers have to reflect their behaviors before teaching, while teaching and after teaching under the value orientation mentioned aboveto improve their professional development dynamically and positively.
