英、美、德、澳四国职业教育人才培养策略比较分析及对中国的启示 被引量:8

摘要 英、美、德、澳四国根据其职业教育人才培养目标,从专业与课程设置、师资培养培训、职业教育与普通教育的有效融合等不同侧面明确了独具特色的、适应产业发展需求的技术技能人才培养策略。借鉴其经验,我国应进一步明确职业教育人才培养目标,创新专业与课程设置,加强师资培养培训,并着力推动职业教育与普通教育的衔接与沟通。 Britain, the United States, Germany and Australia, according to their own vocational education cultivating targets, each has made unique personnel cultivating strategies adapting to the industry's development needs from different sides like profession and curriculum, teacher education and training, as well as the effective integration of vocational education and general education. Learning from their experience, our nation should further clarify the vocational education cultivating targets, innovate profession and curriculum, enhance teacher education and training, and strive to promote the convergence and communication of vocational education and general education.
