摘要
为探索教师心理资本的开发及策略,本研究采用实验组、对照组前、后测实验设计,通过小组讨论法方式,分别对中、小学教师心理资本的自我效能、进取心因子进行短期干预。结果显示:实验干预能提升中、小学教师自我效能和进取心的水平,且这种改善具有一定的稳定性。采用小组讨论的团体辅导方式干预中小学教师心理资本,更有助于干预效率的提升。
To explore the development and strategy of teachers' psychological capital,this paper adopts the design of pre-test and post-test in the experimental group and control group. The group discussion approach is used for short term to intervene the middle and primary school teachers' self-efficacy and initiative. The results shows that experimental intervention can improve the level of self efficacy and initiative of teachers in primary and middle schools,and this improvement has a certain stability. The group discussion counseling intervention in primary and middle school teachers' psychological capital is conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of intervention.
