摘要
教师教育队伍的专业化发展是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的重要内容,国务院和教育部先后出台相关政策措施,各地各高校也在积极进行改革实践.以作者所服务的高校为例,对开展此项工作的思考与实践进行论述,以此与同行交流讨论.
The professional development of teachers is the important content of ＂Outline of the National Program for Mid-long Term Education Reform and Development （2010--2020）＂, by which the State Council and the Ministry of education has issued relevant policies and measures, Thus, reforms have been actively carried out in all colleges and universities throughout the country. The paper attempts to discuss the thinking and practice of education reform by taking Ningde Normal University as an example for exchanging ideas and experiences.
