摘要 随着社会不断发展,机械设备智能设计制造系统对于提升企业快速响应市场需求有着重要意义。结合机械设备设计制造过程,本文研究了机械设备智能设计制造系统的总体思路,提出了由结构设计系统、工艺设计系统、加工设计系统、分析与评价系统和动态存取数据库PDM等五个系统构成的智能设计制造系统体系结构及主要功能,能对客户新的需求做出快速响应,给机械工程师提供了设计思路,减轻了机械设备设计制造的工作量,提升了机械设备开发的成功率。 With the development of the society, intelligent design and manufacture system for mechanical equipment has great significance to promote the enterprises' rapid response to the market demand. Combined with mechanical equipment design and manufacturing process, the general idea of the intelligent design and manufacture system of mechanical equipment was studied in this paper. The architecture and main functions of intelligent design and manufacture system were presented, which are composed of five systems, such as structure design system, technological design system, machining design system, analysis and evaluation system, dynamic access database PDM. It is able to respond to new customer needs, provide design ideas to mechanical engineers,reduce the workload of mechanical equipment design and manufacture and improve the success rate of mechanical equipment development.
